Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for Permanent Business Development Executives,for a client located in Hartlepool. A vacancy has arisen to join our Client's Team at their Head Office in Hartlepool. The successful candidate will be tasked with generating warm leads for our B2B Commercial Account Managers to convert into new buying customers.

The candidate will be tasked with a specific region to generate warm leads. The ideal candidate will be looking to begin or further their career in sales and new business development, playing a pivotal role in driving the direct core sales of products to continue to grow our extensive customer bases.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting an extensive list of potential new business leads as well as lapsed buying customers on a regional basis. The ideal candidate will also be responsible in generating their own leads using google maps. Your continued success will involve CRM management with outbound and inbound call management to leverage our market leading customer service.

Business Development Executive Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Communication Management: Making and taking phone calls, generating and responding to emails and web leads
  • Diarising and managing timely call backs ensuring prospects are called at the correct time
  • Ability to think on your feet and overcome objections
  • A drive to be the best in the team and progress
  • Having a natural confidence and ability to speak to a variety of potential customers

Business Development Executive Applicants:

  • Some sales experience is preferred but not a pre-requisite
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric, business-best approach

  • OTE £30,000. £23,795 basic plus commission.

This role is office-based, working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
