Our client, based close to Waterloo specialises in providing authoritative, commercially aware town planning advice, pragmatic practical solutions and a highly personalised service to a range of clients across the UK. Projects vary in size and complexity but typically fall in the residential, commercial, renewables, retail and education sectors.
Joining the team, the Senior Planner will support the company's client base with the following services;
- Planning Applications
- Planning Appeals & Expert Witness
- Planning Enforcement
- Lawful Development Certificates
- Site Searches, Planning Audits and Development Appraisals
- Feasibility and Due Diligence Advice
- Development Strategies and Risk Assessments
- Asset and Portfolio Management Advice
- Strategic Advice and Land Promotion
- Retail Panning Consultancy
- Defensive Planning and Objections
- Development Plan Representations and Monitoring
- Pre-Application Consultations
Qualifications & Experience Required
- An RTPI accredited degree or Masters in a related discipline.
- Suitable planning experience required.
- Private sector advantageous.
- Good communication skills.
- Solid report writing skills.
- Understanding of the UK planning process.
Salary / Benefits
