Marketing Manager, Tour Operator, London/Hybrid, £40-50k + Bonus. An excellent opportunity to join a specialist tour operator based in London where you will be responsible for multi-channel campaign management to both consumers and trade partners.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- Reporting to the head of marketing, you will be responsible for managing one other marketing exec.
- Creating and delivering partnership marketing campaigns.
- Lead of b2b and b2c email marketing campaigns.
- Social media marketing.
- Utilising tools such as Google analytics to track the success and effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting and improving where appropriate.
- Writing press releases and leading on PR strategy.
- Cross functional collaboration with digital marketing and on the road sales teams.
- Budget management.
Marketing Manager Skills Required
- At least 3-5 years marketing experience, preferably from the travel industry
- Experience of end-to-end campaign planning, management and delivery.
- Experience leading a small team.
- A creative flair with experience using design software such as Canva or similar.
- Experience of partnership marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Marketing Manager Additional Details
- A basic salary in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
- Company bonus potential in region of 5-10%
- Hybrid working - 2 days a week in Central London with option to work remotely 3 days a week.
