Your new company
Hays Education are currently working with a well-established primary school in Fleetwood who are recruiting for a number of TAs on a long-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children of all primary ages as this role will be across the whole school in KS1 and KS2.
Your new role
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Ensure that the nursery is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum Level 3 qualification.
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be beneficial when working with this age group.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
