Proactive Personnel are excited to be working with a well known, thriving manufacturing company to recruit for a Quality Manager to join their small yet highly ambitious team on a full time, permanent basis.
As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining our clients quality assurance processes. You will be responsible for the sites quality function, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving quality improvements across operations.
Quality Manager Duties -
- Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Conduct regular audits to assess quality levels and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyse data and metrics to track quality performance and provide actionable insights
- Management of site pathogen & environmental monitoring, product complaints and pest control.
- Managing and reviewing all suppliers and raw materials, controlling all key documentation.
- Lead, coach and developing the operations team.
Quality Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years within a senior Quality role ideally within the food industry
- HACCP Level 3
- Professional, honest and approachable
- Allergen management experience
- Strong auditing experience
- A drive to deliver
