DeNovo Healthcare has new positions available for administration assistants working from our site in Cheddar, Somerset. Working alongside other members of the administration team you will develop a strong understanding of a very niche and interesting industry whilst providing a very high level of customer service. This position will start as maternity cover with the expectation of becoming permanent.
Duties of this position include:
Administration assistance
- Working with all DeNovo departments to track and keep order status' up to date
- Speaking with customers to answer order related questions
- Order entry
- Quality checking
- Email Correspondence and organising orders received
- Customer Quotations
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Have a good general level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
- Have good consistent attention to detail
- Able to work well as a team with strong communication skills
- Have GCSE A-C (9-4) or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
- Live within commuting distance of our location in Cheddar, Somerset
