CMA are thrilled to be partnering with a Hampshire based Charity with a strong commercial focus, to recruit a Finance Business Partner to help shape the future of the finance function. This established organisation is forward-thinking with a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation. We are looking for a talented finance professional to support the strategic objectives and drive impactful financial management.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts through consultation with key stakeholders.
  • Manage the grant and donation pipeline.
  • Lead the development and integration of operational systems to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and implement management processes and accountability for all accounts management and transaction processing.
  • Sustain and grow strategic relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Provide effective commercial procedures to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial targets are delivered.
  • Provide analysis and deliver insights that link financial reports to business strategies.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

  • Qualified, Part-Qualified or Qualified by Experience accountant.
  • Extensive experience in producing management accounts.
  • Significant experience in developing and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent IT skills, including advanced/intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Full driving licence with use of a car (business insurance required).
  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector/charity or working across multiple sites in a retail context is desirable.
