Administrator needed in Nuneaton, £11.79ph PAYE - Reference: 5252345
- To deliver an excellent day to day core housing repairs service. This includes technical support, receipt and dealing with repair enquiries, requests, complaints, comments, work scheduling and making appointments.
- To work with the Senior Property Services Support Officer and the wider Housing and Communities team to ensure excellence in service to customers, both internal and external is achieved.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
