The Customer Support Apprentice will be joining our team in Warrington (Westbrook) at our brand-new state of the art offices, with cool breakout areas and a fun office environment! With regular team incentives, two parties a year along with frequent charity events it all adds up to one amazing, vibrant place to work with one of the most exciting company cultures you could ever experience.

The role of Customer Support Apprentice offers a diverse range of responsibilities designed to expand your knowledge and skillset, setting you on a path to becoming a Support Hero which will then open the door to other career paths within Talos360 including careers in project management, administration, customer success and Technology.

In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Customer Service Specialist, which will be fully funded and support by Talos360. A typical day in the role will include:

  • Working in our support team, responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, through various channels (JIRA, phone and Live Chat)
  • Identifying customer needs and providing solutions
  • Helping customers use specific features
  • Working to set SLA's

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Grade 4 or above in Maths and English
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Logical thinker

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry.
