A boutique Executive Search firm based in Victoria are recruiting for an HR Advisor to support the Head of People and work alongside the Head of Development.
This role is incredibly integral to the business and needs an adaptable individual who is confident to work at all levels as well as manage upwards. You will also need to be comfortable working in a smaller organisation and understand that this is a very fast paced working environment where no 2 days are the same. This role will need someone to deliver robust and accurate transactional HR and take ownership of policies and compliance. Working closely with the head of people to drive a high-performance culture identifying skill gaps and creating incentives and career progression opportunities across the company. Effective Business Partnering and the ability to partner with teams on a case by case project basis. Strong 360 feedback to CEO level will be paramount keeping in-line with company values. The role has the capability to expand across functional training and HR/Talent specific projects.
