I have partnered upwith an industry leader within Real Estate, who manage a variety of high endproperties and service many different London-based clientele. They are a bigname in the industry and extremely well-respected for their portfolio. They areexpanding the team in the City of London area by hiring an individual to beresponsible for new business opportunities.
Your new role
As a New BusinessManager, you will be the main driver in new business opportunities for thiscompany across the City of London area. You will be responsible for meetingclients in person, taking them to viewings of potential sites and convertingthese businesses or individuals to make the sale.
Ideally, you will haveexperience in:
- Experience within property, real estate or serviced offices
- Business Development in client facing positions.
- Working with different levels of stakeholder, being able to adapt your approach based on the individual and business needs
What youwill get in return
- £45,000 with an OTE of £70,000 (currently being achieved by existing members of staff).
