As a Team Leader you will:
- Lead a team of up to 10 Support Workers in the provision of care for young adults
- Promote service users overall wellbeing, health and development
- Work in partnership with the Registered Manager & Deputy Manager to provide a supportive, friendly & fun environment
- Plan and organise appropriate activities for to meet young adults needs and abilities, demonstrating positive outcomes
To be successful as a Team Leader, you will:
- Hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2 in Adult Health & Social Care
- Have an understanding of management practice including effective supervision and appraisals
- Hold good knowledge of learning disabilities and/or special needs including recent developments
- Hold good knowledge of the regulatory standards and legislation
In return, my client are offering a salary of up to £32,800 depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time permanent opportunity and we are unable to offer sponsorship on this role.
