Lead the delivery of technology aspects in divestiture and acquisition projects, focusing on complex and commercially sensitive areas.

Oversee the implementation of enterprise tech, business tech, and infrastructure projects within the Group Technology portfolio.
- Stakeholder Management:

Engage with and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and communication across all levels of the organization.

Balance the needs and objectives of various divisions, redeploying resources as project priorities change.
- Project Management:

Develop and maintain comprehensive technology business cases, project plans, status reports, and CRAID (Constraints, Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.

Manage dependencies across larger programs and sub-portfolios, ensuring smooth integration and delivery.
- Continuous Improvement:

Act as a driving force for continuous improvement in project governance and delivery methodology.

Work closely with the Transformation team to handle impediments and optimize project delivery processes.
- Coaching and Leadership:

Mentor and coach teams to ensure the success of critical project milestones and events.

Establish metrics and success criteria for projects, measuring and communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Service Management:
- Manage ongoing technology service delivery in alignment with agreed Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs).
**Capabilities and Experience:
- M&A Delivery Experience:

Proven experience in delivering complex contractual technical projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Familiarity with working through TSA periods and similar arrangements.
- Advanced Planning Skills:
- Expertise in leading planning processes in complex environments, with the ability to identify and manage dependencies across services.
- Agile and Lean Practices:

Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean principles, with the ability to coach and lead teams in these methodologies.
