- Design and implement learning solutions across online, virtual, blended, and face-to-face formats, incorporating technologies like AI and digital simulation.
- Lead design workshops
- Oversee the work of training design suppliers
- Review and enhance the effectiveness of analysis and design activities
- Stay updated on new training methodologies and apply this knowledge to evaluate design options.
