Lettings Administration Manager

Salary: £28k - £35k DOE with great company benefits.

Location: Brighton

Hours: Mon- Fri 9am - 17.30 + 1 in 4 Sat 10am - 16.00pm (with a day off in lieu)

My client is looking for a capable, diligent and customer focused Lettings Administration Manager to join the busy team, where you will be responsible for progressing and overseeing all tenancy files, including processing reference's, processing applications and right to rent checks as well as drafting tenancy agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all tenancy paperwork.
  • Managing a team of 2 of two employees.
  • Progressing your own paperwork files, processing applications, and references.
  • Ensure right to rent checks are completed.
  • Reporting on team performance and KPI's.
  • Ensuring all paperwork deadlines are adhere to and completed accurately.
  • Adhering to all legislative requirements are met.
  • Updating and streamlining processes to increase efficiency and the customer journey.
  • Drafting and executing tenancy agreements.
  • Liasing with third parties.
  • Dealing with queries from landlords and tenants.
  • Working collaboratively with the Lettings Manager.
  • Overseeing the office compliance and key management.
  • Managing the fleet of company vehicles.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven lettings/pre tenancy administration and property industry background.
  • Highly organised, efficient, and great attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a varied workload.
  • Great communication skills, personable and friendly with the ability to train new staff members.
  • Task orientated with the ability to prioritise work flows effectively.
  • Great IT skills Word, Excel and using CRM system.
  • Able to motivate and inspire your team, and lead from the front.
