Our local authority client is looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join their busy team based in Blackburn. Full details below:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Providing HR support and advice to managers. We also work very closely alongside a number of schools in the Borough providing employment advice to Headteachers and Governing Bodies.
- Provide professional HR Advice and guidance across the organisation on all HR related issues, working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop relationships to understand the needs of the organisation and support with the delivery of initiatives, change and the development of workforce strategies and projects in a way that is efficient, customer focused and results driven.
