Description
Key Responsibilities
- Diary Management: Organize and prioritize complex schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare materials, agendas, and take notes, ensuring follow-up on actions.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel for all three executives.
- Project Support: Assist on key projects, providing essential support and contributing where needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
- Office Management Duties: Occasionally support with office management tasks and event planning.

- Extensive EA experience: You must have years experience as an Executive Assistant
- C-Level Support Experience: Previous experience supporting at the executive level is essential
