*Temporary Administrator Needed in Nottingham*
Location: Arnold, Nottingham Job Type: Temporary, full time hours Salary: £11.44 per hour
SF Recruitment is currently seeking a Temporary Administrator to join one of our growing clients on the outskirts of Nottingham city centre. The successful candidate must have access to a car for commuting to this location and be available to start immediately.
This temporary position is for 4 weeks, with the possibility of extension to cover a long-term sickness absence. It is a full-time, office-based role working Monday to Friday.
Typical Duties Will Include:
- General office administration
- Providing support to various departments
- Order processing
- Filing and scanning documents
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Managing and collating company data
Skills Required:
- Ability to interact effectively with other departments
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent administrative skills
- Good IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Strong organizational skills
