IT Trainer - Microsoft 365 Specialist

£26K - £30K plus £3,366 London Weighting or £500 Home Working allowance
We are seeking a expert in the Microsoft 365 toolset with a passion for the Charity sector. Join our mission-driven organisation and play a key role in increasing digital literacy across our workforce.
In this IT Trainer role, you will support the adoption of Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies through developing and delivering engaging training programs. With strong technical expertise and excellent communication abilities, you will upskill staff and volunteers to leverage these tools effectively.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 toolset, experience with training facilitation, and a commitment to creating an inclusive and accessible environment through technology enablement. Having an empathetic and adaptive approach to different learning styles and learner's emotional needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting virtual and in-person training workshops on Microsoft 365 apps
- Developing training materials and curriculum's tailored to diverse audiences
- Championing Microsoft 365 best practices and adoption across the organisation
- Staying current on Microsoft innovations and translating updates into actionable training
- Collaborating with teams to embed training into projects and onboarding processes
- Facilitating peer-to-peer support and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Proven expertise across the Microsoft 365 suite with experience with the following being advantageous- SharePoint, Admin Center, OneDrive, Power BI, and Power Automate
- Experience in training program development and delivery
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users
- Experience maximising productivity and collaboration through Microsoft solutions
