Description
As a Ecommerce Customer Advisor you will:
- Maintain a high level of customer service liaising with customers using email and live chat
- Log information such as product fault data, ticket trends accurately using our IT systems
- Liaise with third parties, including courier partners, to resolve customer enquiries and raise claims on customer's behalf
- Escalate unusual or more complex queries
- Processing customer returns, refunds and exchanges
- Reviewing and processing custom product orders
Profile
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Must have previous experience in an e-commerce retail environment
- Flexibility to be able to work on a rota basis including evening and weekend work
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong team working skills but also be able to work independently
- Experience in the use of Shopify or similar ecommerce platform
