Accounts Assistant, £25,000 - £28,000, Hybrid Working, Reading, Berkshire (12 month FTC)

Trace Recruit is delighted to be supporting the Group Finance Director of a leading business services organisation, who is looking fro an Accounts Assistant for a 12 month Maternity Cover.

Our client is an industry sector leader, delivering innovative solutions to their clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to expand on their accountancy experience.

About Your New Role

  • Processing Invoices and making supplier payments
  • Updating cashflow on a daily basis and flagging in advance any issues with cash deficits
  • Raising Sales Invoices
  • Requesting purchase orders
  • Dealing with customers queries on sales invoices

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience working in accounts including purchase and sales ledger
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills and comfortable working with complex spreadsheets
  • Great communication skills

This is a superb role for an Accounts Assistant looking to continue with their AAT qualification. You will be working onsite 4 days a week with homeworking every Friday.
