A professional, Charted Surveying consultancy in Southeast London are seeking a reliable Senior Quantity Surveyor with residential project experience as they continue to invest and grow their Quantity Surveying team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work within a family feel team, carrying out a Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent role on an impressive portfolio of residential and residential related projects across London and the Southeast.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will ultimately be responsible for leading and taking ownership of projects from inception to completion, including preparing cost plans, leading the tendering process, producing cost reports and negotiating final accounts. There will also be time where you will act as the Employers Agent.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Either completed a Quantity Surveying degree or MRICS
- Comfortable running your own projects
- Good pre and post contract experience
- Must have worked within a construction consultancy / PQS practice in the UK
- Residential (public sector) project experience would be a plus
- Team player - good communication skills - professional
