We are seeking a welcoming, professional, and courteous Receptionist to join our London team in our Corporate Team.
The Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to all Clients and visitors, ensuring their business requirements are met promptly. This position entails a diverse range of tasks, requiring the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities and Objectives:

Perform reception duties with efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, their guests, and couriers.
Manage the switchboard and handle calls efficiently.
Record call information accurately and maintain detailed records.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, visitors, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
Operate office equipment such as computers, phones, franking machines, and photocopiers.
Complete clerical tasks and maintain files as assigned.
Cultivate positive relationships with coworkers, managers, and the public.
Address all customer and visitor inquiries courteously and with a smile.
Ensure consistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company procedures.
Prepare meeting rooms and provide refreshments.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in reception and common areas.
Enforce security procedures for clients and visitors.
Conduct regular housekeeping checks.
Order and manage office supplies.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Maintain a professional and responsible demeanour to uphold the company's image.
Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role is beneficial.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
Excellent customer relationship skills.
Proficiency in systems monitoring and compliance.
Confident communication and presentation abilities.
Comfortable engaging with clients and asking questions.
Positive and cheerful demeanour.
Computer literacy and willingness to learn and teach IT/telephony skills.
