Office Support Administrator

This role will involve providing administrative support from point of customer orders through to despatch

Attention to detail, strong IT alongside experience of working in a similar role are required.

Prior experience of processing client orders. answering questions & queries and liasing via email is required.

Person specification

  • Experience of working in an inventory-based business.
  • Order processing experience
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communicator, with outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and a genuine desire to help our customers resolve issues.
  • Competent in the use of Excel to create reports and analyse data.
  • Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • SAP experience highly advantageous.
  • Logistics and supply chain knowledge with domestic and international shipments will be an advantage alongside Warehouse or 3PL experience.
  • 7.30-4.30 Monday to Friday with 1-hour unpaid lunch break per day (40 hours per week)
  • 100% office based - no option for hybrid/remote working.
