GXO are looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join us at our Currys site in Bristol, where you will lead a high performing team of flexible and engaged colleagues, focusing on delivering operational excellence at all times.
This is a full time, permanent position, where you'll be working on a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern, from 19:00 to 07:00.

You'll be paid a salary of up to £34,083 per annum, plus an additional night shift premium. What you'll do on a typical day:
- Carry out the day-to-day management of a team of warehouse colleagues, managing performance, setting KPI's and driving continuous improvement
- Ensure effective communication is delivered to colleagues and management teams on a daily basis
- Focus on colleague development by implementing a consistent appraisal process
- Take responsibilities for Health and Safety and lead by example to ensure consistent compliance
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience leading a team of warehouse colleagues within a large, fast paced warehouse environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience managing conflicting priorities, with the ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation
- Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office
