Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leasing company in their search for a an experienced HR Administrator to work from their vehicle showroom and head office facility in Leeds.

For the successful HR Administrator our client is offering:

  • £24,000 - £27,000 p/annum
  • Monday to Friday 0830 - 1730 (some flexibility with hours or part time can be discussed)
  • Permanent
  • Benefits: Company Car Packages Available (dependant on role), 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Onsite Parking

The role - HR Administrator :

  • Responsible for overseeing administrative processes for human resources and recruitment needs in the business
  • Answer internal employee queries relating to company policies and procedures; absence, maternity, bereavement, annual leave etc
  • Support the HR director with all HR Administration: Managing HR Inbox, Absence Management, New Starters, Leaver Administration, Policy / Company Handbook administration, Inductions, Time-sheets
  • Coordinate recruitment when necessary; liaise with hiring managers regarding CVs outstanding, discussing recruitment with 3rd party suppliers and ensuring that all interviews are scheduled correctly

What our client is looking for in a HR Administrator :

  • Degree level educated / Graduate in HR, Business with HR, or related Human Resources qualifications - ESSENTIAL
  • Some HR exposure from an office environment
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Assertive by nature
