The Role
We are seeking a Delegate Sales Executive for a short-term, fully remote role starting on the 5th of September. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a major event in Latin America. The contract will last for 4-6 weeks, requiring you to work US hours while being based in the UK. The working hours are 11am to 8pm, with a competitive pay rate of £18-£20 per hour.
Responsibilities
As a Delegate Sales Executive, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and targeting potential delegates for the event.
- Conducting outbound sales calls to potential delegates in Latin America.
- Effectively communicating the value and benefits of attending the event.
- Managing the delegate registration process from initial contact through to confirmation.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with delegates.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to delegates.
- Keeping detailed records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Be a native Spanish speaker.
- Preferably be from Latin America and have experience in delegate sales within the region.
- Have proven experience working in delegate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Be comfortable working US hours while based in the UK.
- Be able to start on the 5th of September and commit to the full 4-6 week duration of the project.
