An established specialist contractor with a proven track record of delivering high quality schemes in sometimes complex environments, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to complement their existing team about to commence on a refurbishment scheme in North Somerset.
The project, a retail development, starts early September and will be completed in time for the Christmas shopping season.
We are seeking a diligent, focussed and talented Site Manager with previous retail and live works experience, plus the usual site certifications of a Black CSCS card, First aid at work and SMSTS to oversee sub-contractor works, liaise with the client and take responsibility for delivery, quality and Health & Safety.
In addition to having previous, relevant project experience, it's essential you'll have good communication and co-ordination skills, a sound technical aptitude and strong Health & Safety awareness.
