I am excited to be supporting a successful Architectural practice with a rich history of delivering beautifully crafted, creative and inspiring designs which has cultivated strong, long-lasting relationships with a number of well-known clients. This dynamic practice has close to 40 years of specialist knowledge in areas such as interior design, bespoke residential, community buildings and hospitality projects. Their timeless designs are dedicated to ensuring that the spaces enhance the lives of the end users as well as their commitment to sustainable designs through constantly explore new ways to integrate environmentally responsible practices into their projects. Joining this thriving practice ensures excellent career progression whilst gaining experience on not only a diverse portfolio of projects but also across the RIBA stages from concept and design right through to construction. With a number of exciting projects in the pipeline they are seeking a Part Two Architectural Assistant with experience to join their collaborative team in Chelmsford.

The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will have a couple of years of post-qualification experience working on residential projects being well versed in AutoCAD, Revit and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:

  • RIBA Part One and Part Two qualifications
  • 2-4 years of Post Part Two qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice
  • Experience working on bespoke, private residential projects is essential
  • Hospitality project experience is desired
  • Excellent design and technical abilities
  • Strong portfolio
  • Boast creativity and design flare
  • Driven for continual improvement
  • Well versed in AutoCAD, the Adobe Creative Suite and Revit
  • Passionate about innovation and sustainable designs
  • Live locally to the Chelmsford/ Essex area
  • Keen to input to company growth
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Work well both in a team and independently
