Composite Laminator – Contract
Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare composite materials and moulds for lamination.
- Execute hand lay-up of pre-preg composite materials.
- Ensure correct orientation and number of plies for each component.
- Perform vacuum bagging of components and conduct leak checks.
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience as a Composite Laminator in motorsport, aerospace, or related industries.
- In-depth knowledge of composite materials and processes.
- Proficiency in composite layup techniques and autoclave processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision to produce defect-free components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
