- The role: To support the operations, care, quality & regulatory governance teams in providing industry leading learning solutions. National travel required approximately 1 to 2 days a week with some overnight stays
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the Head of L&D to look at existing opportunities to help deliver the People Plan
- Being an ambassador for all things learning, leading the strategy, implementation, driving focus and change.
- Leading, defining & delivering our leadership programmes
- Leading our Apprenticeship strategy & delivery
- Supporting homes with specific learning needs
- Aiding the LMS team on what training to allocate to different colleagues
- Managing the Performance Management cycle (appraisal) process and communication
What We're Looking For:
- Driver and full clean licence
- Proven success and experience in Learning and development
- Care Experience or similar setting
- Delivery of projects
- Line Management
- Reporting / data analysis
