Learning and Development Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic Learning and Development Manager to join our vibrant and dedicated team.

  • The role: To support the operations, care, quality & regulatory governance teams in providing industry leading learning solutions. National travel required approximately 1 to 2 days a week with some overnight stays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Head of L&D to look at existing opportunities to help deliver the People Plan
  • Being an ambassador for all things learning, leading the strategy, implementation, driving focus and change.
  • Leading, defining & delivering our leadership programmes
  • Leading our Apprenticeship strategy & delivery
  • Supporting homes with specific learning needs
  • Aiding the LMS team on what training to allocate to different colleagues
  • Managing the Performance Management cycle (appraisal) process and communication

What We're Looking For:

  • Driver and full clean licence
  • Proven success and experience in Learning and development
  • Care Experience or similar setting
  • Delivery of projects
  • Line Management
  • Reporting / data analysis
