Reed Glasgow is currently recruiting for a Support Worker to come and join one of our well-established clients based in Lanark.
This service is female only due to the client's needs. The rate of pay for this role is £12.50 per hour. This is for a minimum of 36 hours per week with the opportunity to go permanent after 12 weeks.
What the roles involves:
- Supporting clients with personal care
- Supporting with medication
- Meal preparation
- Supporting with housework and daily activities
- Supporting with social outings
- Supporting with care plans
What we are looking for:
- At least 6 months UK care experience
- Drivers License (Desirable)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- A passion for caring for vulnerable people
- Commitment and reliability
- Experience of working with epilepsy (Desirable)
