Finance Manager
- Part-time (30 hours per week)
- Location: Maidstone
- Salary: £43,500 - £46,500 per annum, pro rata
- Flexible working hours and potential to work from home 1 day a week

We are looking for a hands-on and strategic Finance Manager to provide comprehensive and effective financial management services and sound financial advice to our senior management team.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage the daily operations of the finance department.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee cash flow and statutory compliance.
- Handle year-end preparation and manage payroll processes.
- Liaise with the senior management team and board.
- Manage a team of two finance professionals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience.
- Experience within the charitable sector is highly desirable.
- Proficient in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Skilled in producing financial reports and working with senior management and board members.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and team management experience.
- Strong IT and Excel skills.
