Job Duties:
IN2 Consult are supporting one of our clients based in Central London who are looking to hire a FP&A Senior Analyst on a 12 month FTC who will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, implementations, financial planning, analysis, month-end processes, and presenting financial data to stakeholders. This is a purely commercial role with some involvement in the month end process.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Operations stakeholders by producing monthly financial reports, explaining variances and providing insights.
- Production of presentations to showcase the forward planning
- Improving internal controls and efficiencies and standardise/automate wherever possible.
- Heavily assist in the budget and forecast processes, building templates and reports, modelling inputs and assumptions.
- Working with FP&A and Accounting teams across the group, building relationships with key individuals to manage month end tasks and deal with financial queries.
- Capturing financial risks and opportunities and communicating them to stakeholders.
- Supporting commercial decision making by building business cases and undertaking scenario modelling.
- Getting involved in financial deep dives or ad hoc analysis as required.
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications.
Education:
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar FP&A role.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
