This vital role will see you managing high-value and complex probate cases, and acting for claimants and defendants in claims and validity challenges. You will also be involved in business development activities and establishing strong client relationships. You will be an NQ qualified solicitor, ideally with experience in contentious probate matters. However, candidates from a general litigation background will be considered if they demonstrate genuine interest in probate litigation and have high court litigation experience.
