Procurement Coordinator

Our client, a global blue-chip company, is looking for Procurement Associate.

[Purpose of the Job]

(1) Improve procurement skills, experiences and enhance understanding of the company's procurement policies and procedures for compliance

(2) Responsible with procurement process management in the ERP system (SAP) in compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures

(3) Manage and coordinate end to end sourcing process from third party vendors

(4) Support procurement category lead(s) as required for procurement activities including tender, procurement system processing and supplier performance / contract management

(5) Engage and communicate with the internal and external stakeholders relevant to do the day to day work for the supply of products and services related

(6) Internal and external audit support.

[Key Accountabilities](1) Manage, coordinate and complete P2P sourcing process in SAP Procurement system in compliance with the company's Procurement Global Guide

(2) Complete procurement related tasks assigned by Procurement category lead(s)

(3) Support Sales and relevant internal stakeholders to complete sourcing

(4) Support procurement month end close

(5) Support internal and external audit completion preparing required documents

(6) Weekly procurement update

(7) Support ad hoc procurement related tasks

[Requirements]
(1) Must have minimum 2 years' experience in procurement

(2) Excellent MS Office skills

(3) Experience with ERP system (ideally SAP) desirable

(4) Good communication and interpersonal skills

(5) Good team player

(6) Flexible and adaptable

(7) CIPS Certificate or intend to study preferred

[Conditions]
(1) Job type: 12 Month Contract (subject to be extended)

(2) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge Railway Station)

(3) Working hours: Mon~Fri & 9am~5:30pm (some overtime may be required for emergencies and projects)

(4) Hybrid: 2 days work from home (after successful probation)

(5) Basic annual salary: Up to 33.5K (depending upon experience)

(6) Discretionary performance based bonus scheme linked to individual, team and company performance (following successful completion of probation period)

(7) 25 days' annual leave + Bank Holidays

(8) Defined Contribution Pension (up to 4% employee, up to 8.5% employer)
