Hospitality Assistant

Our client is looking for a proactive Food and Beverage Assistant to support their hospitality operations. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of service and efficiency in various dining settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient, friendly, and attentive service in dining areas including bars, restaurants, and private dining settings.
- Follow established performance standards to ensure quality service.
- Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere in dining and front of house areas.
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and guest satisfaction.
- Set up dining areas according to specified standards.
- Assist team members in the food and beverage department as necessary.
- Accurately manage billing and ensure all payments are collected.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene in all areas of responsibility.
- Handle financial transactions with accuracy and ensure financial accountability.
- Engage in training programs as directed to improve skills and service delivery.
- Implement safety protocols including fire evacuation procedures in accordance with organizational policies.
