Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students, engaging them in exciting and challenging lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver innovative curriculum-based activities that meet the needs of all learners.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and career progression.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or completion of Initial Teacher Training (ITT) with an expectation to gain QTS.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
