Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Audit: Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of finance professionals.
  • Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control measures to enhance profitability.
  • Strategic Planning: Support strategic decision-making with financial insights and projections.

Requirements:

Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
