We require a HGV Class 2 driver to assist our clients operations, based at Abermule Waste and Recycling Depot in Powys.
This role is to start end of August ASAP for a one month period at present.
THE ROLE
You will be driving recycling/waste vehicles on collection rounds within and around the Powys area.
Drivers are required to assist loaders with collection duties when needed, however there may be days when you are required to fill a loaders role in extreme cases of short numbers.
You must consider yourself to have a good level of fitness as this is a physically demanding role and be comfortable with working outside in all types of weather conditions.
Full training will be given, and applicants will need to pass a driving assessment.
- Working: Monday to Friday - Compulsory Saturday following a Bank Holiday.
- Shift time 07:30am start until finish
- Pay: £13.46p/h

This is a physical role as you will not only be driving you will be assisting the loaders at all stops.
Must have a current UK driving licence with no more than 6 points, Digital Tacho & In date CPC.
