We are looking for an experienced Call Centre Team Leader to work within a small but rapidly growing company in the Daventry area.

This is a role where you supervisor a small team of call centre advisors who receive inbound calls from official bodies (police, social services etc) and ensure the calls and handled within the agreed service level agreement.

You will be expected to supervise the team, deal with any training issues, handle staff return to work interviews or be involved in the recruitment process for new operatives to join the team.

It's an office-based role (no hybrid options at all) and a role working a rotating afternoon / night shift pattern (4 x 10-hour shifts over a 7-day period so there will be some weekend work involved).

All the calls are inbound and there are no sales involved.

It's a busy role, working within a unique environment that leaves you with a real feel-good factor.

To be considered - you need to be an experienced team leader within a call centre, be able to work the shift, local to Daventry and someone who is driven by giving customers a great experience.

This role offers you:

  • £13.00 p/hour
  • 40 hours paid per week.
