Administrator Responsibilities:
- Support the procurement team in day-to-day administrative tasks and activities
- Assist with the sourcing and procurement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Collaborate with approved suppliers and ensure correct pricing
- Enter all goods received on to the system
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information
Requirements of the Administrator:
- The ability to manage a busy workload
- Ideally from a manufacturing background
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail
