Elevation Recruitment is pleased to be working on behalf of our esteemed client based in Sheffield, who are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a thriving organisation, contributing to the efficient procurement processes that drive the success of the business.

Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Support the procurement team in day-to-day administrative tasks and activities
  • Assist with the sourcing and procurement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Create and manage purchase orders
  • Collaborate with approved suppliers and ensure correct pricing
  • Enter all goods received on to the system
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information

Requirements of the Administrator:

  • The ability to manage a busy workload
  • Ideally from a manufacturing background
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail
