Duties will include:
- Provide a quality, compliant and efficient advice service to clients.
- Establishing strong relationships with clients and identifying and contacting potential clients.
- Gather sufficient client information and identify client needs.
- Analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research to make suitable recommendations.
- Ensure a seamless process of the mortgage application, completing all supporting documentation in an accurate and timely manner
You will have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as an Mortgage Advisor
- Cemap 3 qualified - CAS status desirable
- A forward thinking personality
£28,000 - £45,000 Basic + Commission
OTE £100k
