Receptionist and Facilities Administrator - 6weeks - RCT - Full time - Office based

The Opportunity

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large health authority to recruit a Project Support Manager to join their team to undertake a feasibility project. They are an extraordinary organisation with a diverse workforce and inclusive culture.

This is a office based role,Monday- Friday. 37.5 hours per week.

What the Receptionist and Facilities Administrator will be doing:-
The ideal Receptionist and Facilities Administrator will be responsible for

  • Arranging meetings for the Facilities Management team.
  • Ensure that the reception and waiting areas are welcoming, tidy, and well presented at all times and that notice boards are kept up to date.
  • To prepare ID badges for new members of staff and chase and de-activate badges from staff members who have left the organisation.
  • Screening all incoming calls and manage barriers to communication, remaining courteous, polite, and calm when dealing with aggression from members of the public, e.g., in relation to a complaint

What the successful Receptionist and Facilities Administrator will bring to the team:-
This role is suitable for someone who has:-

  • Proven ability to work on own initiative, without direct supervision, prioritising and managing own workload
  • Ability to speak basic Welsh language or willingness to learn
  • Provided excellent customer serviceGood computer literacy and Knowledge of Microsoft applications

What the Business Support Administrator will get in return:-

  • £11.88 per hour
  • Monday to Friday with no evenings this role will be office based
