Main Responsibilities as a Head of Tax
- Collaborating with the Head of Operations to deliver high-quality client services and contribute to departmental development.
- Working alongside other department heads to maintain and enhance service levels.
- Cultivating client relationships, becoming their trusted point of contact, and overseeing client satisfaction.
- Leading team development and exemplifying a positive role model.
- Identifying and delivering value-added services to clients, fostering their prosperity.
- Seizing the opportunity to advance your career within a rapidly growing department.
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum of 5 years' post-qualified experience in practice
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Senior-level managerial experience
- A passion for building relationships
- Tech-savvy, with knowledge of CCH being advantageous
- Proactive approach to tasks, regardless of scale
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment
