Role: CustomerClaims Processor
Location: Christchurch
Hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00 am till 17:30 pm
Salary: £12.02 per hour
Our client based in Christchurch has an immediate requirement for 5 Customer Claims Processors to join their busy team on a temporary basis (approx. 1 month).
The primary responsibility of the role will be to register and set up new insurance claims by phone, whilst maintaining good and accurate administrative records. Full structured training will be provided to understand how to manage the work effectively.
Previous insurance, customer service or telephony experience is desirable, but full training will be given. You must be highly organised and able to work under pressure with good attention to detail, able to multi-task switching between telephone calls and customer email and have excellent written and verbal communication.
The positions are offered on a temporary basis and successful candidates must be able to start work on Wednesday 17th July 2024. There are chances for permanent employment with the business.
You will have a standard 40-hour week working Monday to Friday.
Pay rate will be £12.02 per hour.
