The Role

This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we are hiring a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant/Developer to help us continue this success. This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises and rewards its people.

Reporting to the CRM Technical Lead, you'll provide support to BAU and projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will be the Dynamics 365 technical expert within the PCL domain and relevant integrations, providing hands-on support with project implementations and software extensions utilising Power Platform and Azure. You'll provide advice and guidance to ensure the system is utilised fully, providing technical support to other business areas as required.

You will also:

  • Continually improve and refine existing solutions as well as propose new solutions in response to business needs or improvement opportunities.
  • Develop relevant project documentation including functional and technical design.
  • Carry out code and configuration changes and review changes made by internal or external resources
  • Enhance development, testing and release processes; developing tools and frameworks to ensure high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of latest MS updates and provide impact assessments for the PCL domain
  • Resolve tickets through collaboration with business areas, making changes or facilitating these for external suppliers.

To be successful be successful in this role you will have extensive experience within a MS Partner environment and will l already have hands-on experience already have extensive hands-on experience of implementing and managing MS Dynamics 365, ideally holding recent Microsoft Accredited Qualifications. You'll be passionate about technology and innovation, with exceptional analytical skills as well as a solutions-focussed mindset. You'll be collaborating with teams across the business, so you'll be confident in developing and maintaining effective working relationships and able to demonstrate your expertise in aligning business and technology requirements.

Your technical skills will include (but not be limited to)

  • Javascript, C#, .Net within Dynamics 365 stack and experience in creating PlugIns/Function Apps, Workflows and Azure LogicApps etc.
  • Dynamics 365 CE customisation and configuration experience
  • MS Power Platform
  • Experience with SSIS, SSRS and Power BI Reporting
  • Extensive experience with deployment to large scale production systems, including data migration, code merge etc.
  • Familiarity with architecture styles / APIs (REST, RPC)
