This is a varied and dynamic role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to multiple aspects of the recruitment process.

About the Role:

You will play a vital role as part the in-house recruitment team, with a range of responsibilities from candidate sourcing and administrative tasks to writing compelling job adverts.

Flat Fee Recruiter provides a unique in-house / outsource recruitment model which helps a vast range of companies nail their hiring strategies and processes, in an efficient, cost effective way.

Working closely with our In-House Recruiter, you will use your understanding of the client's hiring objectives to help deliver an efficient, first-class, outsourced recruitment service, whilst also ensuring a positive recruitment journey for their candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist the In-house Recruiter by proactively searching for suitable applicants and approaching candidates to convert interest into job applications.
  • Screen CVs and notify clients of the best quality candidates.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and provide administrative support for clients.
  • Participate in candidate interviews, including telephone screening and online video interviews.
  • Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.

Advert Writing:

  • Write and edit job adverts within tight deadlines, ensuring creative and compelling copy.
  • Process amendments or rewrite adverts based on client feedback.
  • Post job adverts to online sites.
  • Oversee social media platforms to enhance job visibility.

Admin Support:

  • Update client records and manage data entry.
  • Maintain and manage the candidate database.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle first-line queries.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate journey and recruitment process for clients, solving any issues that may arise.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have some experience in recruitment, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to their work. If you are enthusiastic, positive, and eager to learn we want to hear from you.

This is NOT a sales role, but you will be building relationships with hiring companies and involved with the candidate process, so good communication, a confident personality and a friendly approach is vital.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of written English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and CRM systems.
