Warehouse Operative
Synergy Plus Recruitment is seeking Warehouse Operatives for a leading company in Welwyn Garden City, known for their dedication to quality and excellence. If you are driven, hands-on, and focused on delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs, this role could be perfect for you.
Pay Rate: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:00 - 16:00
Location: Welwyn Garden City

Duties and Responsibilities for a Warehouse Operative:
- Ensure commitment to maintaining high quality and meeting production lead times
- Work as part of a team to produce and manage orders
- Effectively manage time and productivity
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Keep production areas clean and organised
Experience Required for Warehouse Operative:
- Strong communication skills to liaise with team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Forklift licences (Front loader and Side loader) are a bonus but not required
