To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • MCIOB or AssocRICS qualified.
  • At least 3 years' experience carrying out full building surveys on residential and commercial properties.
  • Must have a professional and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel to our office based in Aylesford, Kent and to our South-East-based projects.
  • Foundation knowledge of relevant surveying duties and current building regulations.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience within the insurance reinstatement sector would be beneficial.
  • Clean UK driving licence.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.

28 days annual leave, including bank holidays.
