To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- MCIOB or AssocRICS qualified.
- At least 3 years' experience carrying out full building surveys on residential and commercial properties.
- Must have a professional and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to travel to our office based in Aylesford, Kent and to our South-East-based projects.
- Foundation knowledge of relevant surveying duties and current building regulations.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience within the insurance reinstatement sector would be beneficial.
- Clean UK driving licence.
Salary and Benefits
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
28 days annual leave, including bank holidays.
